USAGE GUIDE

To use the inkjet paper in a better and suitable way, please have the following instructions in mind. 

Operation conditions
Temperature : 18~30℃（65~85℉）
Relative Humidity : 20-65% +/-5%

Storage conditions
Temperature : 25ºC +/- 3ºC
Humidity : 50% +/-5%

Storage
The products should be stored in a uniform condition away from high temperature and direct sun shine, and keep the air and land dry. If the storage conditions are out of the operation conditions recommended above, the product should be allowed to acclimate in the operating environment for 36 hours. The rolls should be placed horizontally no more than 8 layers high.

Handing
In order to avoid scratches or any fingerprints on the printing surface, be careful to hold only the margins that will not be printed. Furthermore, make sure to avoid physical damage, such as creasing or folding to the products.

Any operations after the package opened should be conducted with the wear of soft cotton gloves, in case the scratch, dirty or sweat on the surface.  The unfinished rolls should be kept in the bag out of too much exposure to the air to avoid the moisture of coating and affecting the print quality.

Feeding (sheet)
In high humidity conditions, the paper may not be fed properly because of the friction between the sheets. In low humidity conditions, static electricity may have the same effect.  In either case, remove the stack from the input tray, flex it and reload it.

Printout
OEM ink or reliable compatible ink is recommended to ensure the print quality.  Poor quality ink may damage seriously the image, such as low resolution, color discrepancy, ink over heap, etc.  A sample testing is required for watching and some adjustment of software for best printout.

Processing after print
Do not touch the images before the ink dry completely. Keep it lay horizontal to help the ink dry, and the environment clean to prevent it from dirty. 

The carrier should be clean up before posting the self- adhesive materials.   Here strong suggested to use the cold-press board (the surface is PVC film) for posting with the properties of smooth finish, high anti-pressure and high tensile strength, instead of the hot-press board(PS film) with less thickness and rough surface.
